Refund policy

To start a return, please contact us at support@louliajewelry.com within the timeframes below.

  1. Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, you’re eligible for store credit, including any shipping costs, once photo or video proof is provided within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Non-Defective Returns (Non-Customized Items Only)
    If your item is not defective and not customized, but you’d like to return it for another reason, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. You’ll need to cover return shipping, and once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll issue store credit equal to the item’s value less the shipping fee.

  3. Undelivered Packages
    If your package is not confirmed delivered by the carrier within 30 days of shipment, you’re eligible for store credit for the full order amount.

  4. Customized Items
    Custom pieces are not eligible for return or store credit unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If delivered as described, they cannot be returned

  5. Clearance Items
    All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.
